Although we had a good experience when we purchased our Telluride - when we tried to schedule an emergent service appointment we were told it would be 4-6 weeks. This was despite the Telluride being unable to be safely driven. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, we received no telephone call as promised. I would never purchase another vehicle from Paramount. They are more than happy to sell you a call but don’t expect to receive any service after your purchase. More
