We had opted to purchase the VIP Service agreement and were sort of expecting them to say "other" things needed to be done. No. Didn't happen. The service department couldn't have been nicer. So professional, got the job done, answered questions we had and spent all the time with us that was needed. While there, and waiting for the car to be serviced, we looked around. Talked with Jarrad Wilson and ended up trading our 2012 Soul. We feel good about the deal and Jarrad even delivered the new car and took the old back. Very nice indeed considering we live 1.5 hours away. Nice people all around. More

A great experience. I went to Paramount Kia to have some checked out on my Sorento. My husband and I were just walking in the parking lot and Tim came over and asked if w I went to Paramount Kia to have some checked out on my Sorento. My husband and I were just walking in the parking lot and Tim came over and asked if we would like to see and drive a vehicle. We did a couple of test drives. Tim was very knowledgable of Kia. Kia eats tires My 2011 Kia Sorento AWD SX eats tires....my first set of Kumho's lasted 35k miles....my second set of Hankook's bought at the dealership lasted 25k mi My 2011 Kia Sorento AWD SX eats tires....my first set of Kumho's lasted 35k miles....my second set of Hankook's bought at the dealership lasted 25k miles.....I received no "HELP" of any kind from the dealership/service....I have serviced my vehicle at the dealership every time but once over the last 60k miles.....I have had the vehicle there every 5k to 7k miles.....the Service manager (John) told me he would sell me a set of michellin's at $70.00 more per tire than my local tire co. here in Waynesville (No Help).....his boss Tom Ellis returned my call on 7/27/15 but have not heard from him since (No Help).....this is not good customer service....why did the service dept. not recognize that either set of my tires were not wearing properly versus just checking the tread depth....I like the car but hate the fact that I probably need to have the vehicle alignment done every 10k miles or less to keep it from destroying the tires... car dealers doing what they SHOULD My whole life, I've been disenchanted with car dealers. They say whatever they have to to get you to buy, and then, you're on your own. Today I thought I was up a creek, but the management staff were wonderful, and did what they should have done, and provided good service, rather than what they could have done. Legally, they could have left me high and dry, and in debt with a car that I couldn't fix. Instead, they took care of me. Thanks paramount! More
First let me say that the Sales team at Paramount is an awesome bunch of people. Craig Anderson was our salesman. Courteous, friendly and worked very hard to get us into the car of our choice....Before we left the lot, we identified with Craig that there was a problem with the heating system,,to which Craig held true to his word and made sure the vehicle would be repaired.. Paramount supposedly, "fixed" the problem, at no cost to us,,AND , I am very grateful... Sales and Finance.."Thumbs Up!"...... The real nightmare begins with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT....Buyers beware!! Take a course at your local college in Auto Repair if you want the job done correctly!! I was told to bring the car in,,they diagnosed the problem...and after being there for 2 to 3 hours...Gave me a ride home...No offer of any other transportation at that time..Then it was order the part and wait.. I DO understand that these things can take time,,but The attitude of these folks would make a preacher complain!! This was a used vehicle purchase,,But, they knew of the problem at sale and agreed to "make it right" I thought these vehicles go through an inspection before they are sold?? After complaining relentlessly,,and 5 days later, they agreed to a rental, ,But, first saying They would get the rental if we would pay half the cost!! REALLY? They finally agreed to a rental..I guess 2 days out of 7 are better than nothing? So,,,I get the car back yesterday...Not really noticing at first and excited to have my vehicle back...I finally noticed the top cubby wasn't closed all the way...inspecting further I see the dash is not even back in place,( a wide gap ) and the heat vent is in such a bind that it's popped upwards and out..SO now I have a few options,,,Take it back and go through another nightmare,,Find a real Dealership that's capable of doing the repairs,,or contact an attorney to envoke my rights as a consumer!!! Or should I go to the news with it?? This has been one awful experience!!! More
Well, I came in for a recall on my 2009 KIA Rondo and drove out in a brand new, bright red, KIA Soul! Service was excellent, but it turns out I didn't need it. My sales person, Chris Johanson, was deligh drove out in a brand new, bright red, KIA Soul! Service was excellent, but it turns out I didn't need it. My sales person, Chris Johanson, was delightful. Presented everything to me clearly and kept me entertained while I waited for the paper work to be completed. I never felt pressured by anyone at anytime! The head of finance who handled my paper work was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I am having fun with my new "baby" and have been pleased with the follow up to date. I will definitely recommend you to others. BY the way, we are a KIA family. Have had over 5 in the last few years! More
Went in to pick up our Optima that had been repaired. Came home with two 2012 KIAs. Did he make a sale or not!!!
