Contacted 2 weeks prior to needing rekey service, ordered and payed for keys and requested service for 2 outstanding recalls, a new battery, an oil change, and an inspection. They assigned a servic ordered and payed for keys and requested service for 2 outstanding recalls, a new battery, an oil change, and an inspection. They assigned a service contact person, whom I emailed twice with no response. Called an hour before tow truck arrived their location, asked them to call and confirm its arrival. Again, no call back. Showed up following day and had to explain again as to why it was there, and was referred to a different contact person, who wasn't going to be there the day it was scheduled for service. Called the morning of service, and was told they couldn't find the keys, and the battery was dead. Again explained all needs. I was told that the car would be done between noon and 1PM. My wife dropped me there at 11AM, and left for the 6 hour drive home.. When I arrived I had to explain everything again. An hour later I was told the battery was dead, and did I want a new one? 5 hours later I left with the car, never having gotten the requested inspection. Lack of communications and coordination was frustrating. More

I didn’t expect to be writing another review so soon. As with my first visit, Jodi, Jordan, and Mark assisted with all of our needs and meet all of our expectations. Brought my Forte in for service appt. Went home in a Seltos! I brought my KIA Forte in for a scheduled service appointment.
