Straiten cline our sales rep was courteous ,knowledgeable, and very patient with us. Also seemed to be truthful. He told us what he had for sale that we might want and did not misrepresent the ,knowledgeable, and very patient with us. Also seemed to be truthful. Mr. Newhouse was very helpful in the purchase of our new 2013 Kia. Nelson Langley and I have talked several times over the years when I was at Asheville KIA on service visits for my 2006 Amanti and I knew when it was time to trade he would be the saleman of choice. I was impressed with the public relations and how the staff/car sales representative met me outside immediately I got out of my car. I said yes and he took me around and explaned in detail almost every question I asked him about the different cars on show and the benefits of each individual car. This review is for Kia on Tunnell Rd.We bought our car on 12/27 called our insurance company on 1/15 and kia had not added our new car with them. We had been approved by our bank for the car and told them this when we went in.Our bank told us to tell them not to do another credit xx but call them when we decided what we wanted. I told them this many times and when they had us fill out credit papers I asked them why. They Lied and said our lender needed it because we had done our loan over the phone and our lender needed this paperwork for them. In fact after talking with our lender the next Monday They told us that Kia had infact run the credit report thru themself.Instead of it takeing 30 min to close the deal with our lender it turned into 3 hrs with Kia.I will never ever shop Kia again.BUYER beware More
I found a new Kia Rio on line that I really liked so I decided to pursue it. I emailed the dealership and Macon got back to me right away. Macon was able to get the financing I liked and I bought the car that night. I really like it and I would buy another car from Paramount Kia. More
