Driving a Kia! I have been driving the same car for 8 years and thought it was time to start looking. Glad I made that decision because they were incredibly easy to work with. Michael Shirley met my husband and I in the parking lot. I told him I was looking for an AWD, V6, with less than 20,000 miles, and dark gray in color on a Sorento. It took Michael less than 5 minutes to locate one on the lot! I couldn't believe it! Michael was very, very helpful, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with him or Joel Smith in finances as well! I'm so pleased with my purchase! More

Alixis spent time with us figuring out what we were looking for that was inside of our price range and did not treat us any less with a lower credit score verses someone with a 850 score. She adjusted her schedule to fit ours and when she was pulled away due to another car sale, she placed us in Anthony's hands. Anthony took the time to walk us around and meet other key staff memebers including Andrew in the service department. And of course the least favorite part of buying a car is dealing with the finance department but Jordan made it work for us and kept our best interest in mind the entire time. We left with a newer mini van and are very happy that they said YES!! We even referred a family member and they bought a 2015 Soul from Alixis the next day!!! More

Kia bought my old car and I bought a brand new Kia Forte, 6-speed manual, instead. I absolutely LOVE my 2015 KIA Forte, straight drive! The gas mileage is great! And being a fast driver around town and the highway... this car makes me VERY happy! It zips and zooms just like I want it to. I went into the dealership with a negative bias toward Kia. Michael Shirley told me that if I drove a KIA, I would change my mind. He was right! Michael believes in what he sells. He was patient, not pushy and genuinely wanted to help me. This was the first salesman we have seen all day none of the other car lots didn't even acknowledge us. We wasn't even planing to make a purchase today but michael really was kind and knowledgeable.
