I have always owned either Ford or Chrysler vehicles but decided to try a Kia because of the great reviews I have read. The sales people were 100% friendly and courtesy. Their knowledge in their product was unsurpassed beyond any other dealership I have delt with. The previous review we wrote on 8/23/11 we hope will be disregarded because the mistake was our fault not any fault of Paramont Kia. In the future we will be dealing with them and their super staff and will be repeat customers. We will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been comparing car prices for several months along with warranties trying to get the best car for the buck, also it had to be a good looking vehicle. I found Paramount Kia located at 1000 Ridgefield B with warranties trying to get the best car for the buck, also it had to be a good looking vehicle. I found Paramount Kia located at 1000 Ridgefield Blvd Asheville, NC 28806. Immediately upon arrival I spotted a Kia Soul. Victor Maraschiello approached my daughter and I immediately, he was very friendly and helpful. He showed us the differences from the basic to the fully loaded. He explained each of them in awesome detail. When we picked and test drove the one we wanted he took us in to meet with Aaron Hill briefly. He was also very sociable and nice. We paid for the car that day, I wish I could remember the "finance guys" name but I do remember him giving me a card, he had an unusual last time. He was really nice to us and he called me the next day to see how I liked the car so far. When we came to pick up the car the next day (it had to be serviced, it was freshly in) Victor went through every detail of the car with me. He didn't miss a beat from bumper to bumper, he gave my daughter and I the total tour of the car I purchased and I mean this literally. He was very thorough and also really easy to talk to. Victor introduced me to the service department as well. I am sure I will be seeing those guys in the future for oil changes, etc. This was an extremely positive experience for me in every way. I first started my relationship with Tim about 1 1/2 years ago on have never had a better experience with a sales person than I did with Tim Cousins. I first started my relationship with Tim about 1 1/2 years ago on a test drive at Paramount Kia in Asheville. Although I didn't buy that vehicle I did leave knowing that if and when I did buy a vehicle there it would be from Tim. I'm in sales myself and know there a different ways and techniques used to sell. Tim allows you the room to sell yourself and works hard to make the numbers work on both sides of the deal. We had thought about a new Kia for some time but wanted to wait until our van finished its job here on earth (not really finished since we recycled it). Anyway, Nelson was the first sales person we talked to wait until our van finished its job here on earth (not really finished since we recycled it). Anyway, Nelson was the first sales person we talked to on the phone. Since we didn't have a car, he volunteered to come get us, give us a tour, and return us home. I must admit I was apprehensive about spending that much cash but that's what we saved for. We love our cute 2011 Forte EX. Nelson Langley is a confident but not pushy saleman. I felt he was a good Christian who analized our needs and suggested a car that we would be happy with. He also introduced us to the service Dept. manager since we wish to have oil changes, etc. through the dealership. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. To be blunt, Nelson gave us confidence to buy from him rather than check out other dealerships. My wife went to Paramount Kia and found a new 2012 Sedona EX.I stayed home and did my part online. Chris Hughes and Ray Ballard put us in a new Sedona with more extra equiptment for a lower intrest rate and lower monthly payments.The people at Paramount Kia went the extra mile to seal the deal for us.That's why they are number one in my opinion.
