I purchased a used vehicle from Paramount Kia in Asheville. They did not have the truck I wanted on their lot, but got one from their Hickory location....delivered overnight! The price was already a good deal, but they worked with me a little on the price. My sales rep, Victor, was excellent. He made the whole experience/purchase possible. Victor was more like a personal assistant looking out for my best interests, ready to take a bullet if he had too ( well, maybe that's a little over the top ). I will definitely go back when I need another vehicle. More

Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Sales person was great. He asked what features I would like to have and what colors I wanted and didn't want. He hit the mark perfectly. He went over ever feature of the car with me and explained everything in detail. I have to say this is the first time I've ever had a sales person go over all the features of a car. He followed up with me the following day to see how things were going and see if I had any questions. He also emailed me twice to make sure I was satisfied and enjoying the car and to find out if I had any questions about anything. I have already recommended Dan to two of my friends as well as my family. I feel like I've known Dan forever. He was absolutely wonderful. I felt very comfortable with him. I LOVE my new Kia Sorento. I have purchased around 100 cars in my lifetime; some new, most used. My experience with buying a new KIA Optima from Paramount KIA was the best overall experience by far. The entire staff was courteou new, most used. My experience with buying a new KIA Optima from Paramount KIA was the best overall experience by far. The entire staff was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and not pushy. And best of all, I got what I wanted for my trade and a great deal on the new car. The bottom line was better than I expected but what I needed to enable me to make the purchase. They really worked with me. In four days I have driven it over 400 miles and I like the car more every day I get behind the wheel. I strongly considered buying a Hyundai Elantra but am glad that I stopped by Paramount KIA just to see what they had to offer. Hyundai dealers were arrogant and not willing deal on my trade-in at all. I owned a fully loaded Nissan Murano with all-wheel drive in great shape with low miles, a very desirable car and I knew its value. Hyundai actually insulted my with their offers and my experience with Paramount was the complete opposite. I am now recommending this dealership to everyone I talk to that is or may be in the market for a car. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed. PS.
