What a difference it was to purchase my car at Paramount KIA, the salesman Joe Zima was patient since I was not quite sure which car I was going to buy when I got there, he was great, I drove 3 different ca KIA, the salesman Joe Zima was patient since I was not quite sure which car I was going to buy when I got there, he was great, I drove 3 different cars before I decided on the KIA Soul. He did an exceptional job with handling everything in a timely manner last Thursday I got to the dealership at 3:00 and was out of there with my new car 3 hours later, that is the fastest I have ever seen over the years. This is my 3rd KIA and I Love this car, amazing professional Team from Sales to their Service department, my son and his wife told me about this dealership and after the experience I had I have already recommended them to anyone who asks me about my car. More

This dealership far exceeded my expectations. Great service and value. We have had the Soul for a bit over a week now. The gas mileage is great, and although a small vehicle, it is very roomy inside. Our experience was very pleasant. We did not have to wait for many hours or days for approval. Our only problem was with the key. We had a second key made and it got stuck in the ignition with the sal wait for many hours or days for approval. Our only problem was with the key. We had a second key made and it got stuck in the ignition with the salesman. A service tech came out with pliers and after much struggling, twisting and pulling, the key came out. But now I ignition doesn't lock. We are having a new ignition put in on Wednesday. The service tech said his key machine wasn't in good working order. But overall, everything was great. More

I bought a Kia Optima in Greenville, SC before there was a Kia Dealership in Asheville. I loved my Kia but traded it for better gas mileage. When I decided I wanted another Kia, I went to Paramount Kia in a Kia Dealership in Asheville. I loved my Kia but traded it for better gas mileage. When I decided I wanted another Kia, I went to Paramount Kia in Asheville and received excellent service and an easy transaction. John Keefe answered all my questions with friendliness and kindness. All the staff was wonderful. Would I buy from Paramount Kia again? Absolutely! Would I recommend Paramount Kia? Absolutely! Thanks for a great experience. More

Kia of Asheville was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a car. I originally was in the market for used car but when I was shown how I could buy a new car, I went for the deal!
