These guys were beyond AMAZING!!! My fiancé and I stopped by Paramount KIA on Thursday and drove home in a AMAZING kia forte on friday! We originally didn't plan on buying anytime soon but after speaking with Ben Brendell on Thursday we decided if we did decide to buy it would be from Ben and only Ben! He had the most amazing one on one, personal customer service skills! So wonderful infact we came back the very next day. Ben unfornetly was not there but our expernice was just as wonderful as the day before after being approached by Chris Isaac. Chris was just as amazing with his down to earth adittude ( he kept us laughing the whole time which I loved) and by the end of the day and after making two new friends we drove home in our dream car! Thanks so much Ben and Chris you guys made a great team and I wouldn't have purchased my car from anyone else! You guys are truly exceptional!!! More

I'm very happy about my purchase and Jodi's "laid back", no pressure approach was perfect. She seemed more interested in my being happy rather than making the sale. I was given a very fair price. The other salespeople and managers were very nice, but I had to wait a long time for credit check and final paperwork. It seemed there were not enough of the appropriate managers that were able to do these things. In addition, while I was waiting (over an hour), I saw several potential customers leave because they were not attended to. More

Arrived at 1:PM and by 3:30 PMI drove home in a new car. Even though it got busy with about 5 customers talking to salesmen, Ben saw me and invited me inside right away. We discussed my trade-in as well as the car I was interested in. We took a test drive and I liked the 2008 BMW right away. Back inside I told Ben what I wanted on my trade-in. Within minutes we were negotiating that price. We came to an agreement and had all the paperwork done in a few minutes. From arrival at 1:00PM to driving off in my BMW at 3:30 PM. I was quite pleased with the transaction. My only complaint is the size of the Tunnel Road office. 5 desks crowded into too small a space and no privacy to discuss confidential information. More

Prior to this, I thought "hassle-free" car buying was just "sales" talk. With Chris & team, I'm going to have to change my thinking.
