I was very pleased with my experience at KIA. I submitted an online application for approval, Jarrad Wilson contacted me the next day, I stopped by to look at the inventory on Saturday as I was in the area, an online application for approval, Jarrad Wilson contacted me the next day, I stopped by to look at the inventory on Saturday as I was in the area, told Jarrad what I wanted and that I had about an hour to talk, we took a test drive while they appraised my car. Finance gave me some figures to look over and Monday called Jarrad, told him that I would be there around 5, we was free and available when I got there, no waiting, got the papers signed, they cleaned the car, full tank of gas, Jarrad showed me the service department and introduced me to everyone, went to the car where Jarrad proceeded to go over all bells and whistles in detail. Jarrad set up my Bluetooth, and my UVO while explaining everything. If you are looking for a dealership that you do not want to spend hours at and try to sell you something that you do not want, I recommend you going to KIA of Asheville!!! Customer service outstanding!!!!! Even though it has been two weeks since I bought my car, several people including Jarrad has contacted to ensure I am satisfied with my car!!! Thank you Jarrad and KIA I am loving my car and I will be sending business your way!!!!!! More

This was actually the easiest buying experience yet. John Cable understood what I was looking for and chose several cars for me to choose from. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima of which I am thrilled over. The car is in excellent condition and such an improvement over my former vehicle. If I had any negative comments it would only be that I was hoping not to have to pay for any repairs so soon after purchasing...and I am well aware that I did buy a used vehicle and repairs are inevitable. I am having to replace the serpentine belts and two tire pressure sensors and the cabin filter was absolutely filthy. I still love my care and it is a small price to pay for a decent and reliable ride. Once these repairs are made it's almost like I have a brand new car again! I will definitely refer friends to Kia of Asheville and especially to John Cable! Never high pressured me, pulled exactly what I asked for and went beyond and above! Really satisfied with my experience. More

I will definitely return to this dealership. The guys were courteous, professional and they gave me a very good deal. I went just to look and met Ron King. He was a great guy! Not the usual car salesman. Found a car that I really liked and even got a great APR and monthly payment. Had a few calls afterward to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. But a month later, the 2012 car I purchased was leaking oil. I took it to my local dealer since it was still under warranty. I ended up paying $75 to clean up my engine and a new oil filter because the local dealership thought when Kia of Asheville changed the oil, they left the oil filter loose; which can happen. When I contacted Ron, he said he would speak with his manager. Never received a call back. Ron again said he would take care of it. Still no call. I emailed the used car manager and didn't hear back. I finally received a call from David over service. I was obviously contacting the wrong people. Within 2 days I had a check in my mailbox for reimbursement for the charges to clean up my engine and said he would detail my car. This made things finally right. I was a little frustrated but in the end, everything worked out. Thanks David! More

First let me say that the Sales team at Paramount is an awesome bunch of people. Craig Anderson was our salesman. Courteous, friendly and worked very hard to get us into the car of our choice....Before we left the lot, we identified with Craig that there was a problem with the heating system,,to which Craig held true to his word and made sure the vehicle would be repaired.. Paramount supposedly, "fixed" the problem, at no cost to us,,AND , I am very grateful... Sales and Finance.."Thumbs Up!"...... The real nightmare begins with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT....Buyers beware!! Take a course at your local college in Auto Repair if you want the job done correctly!! I was told to bring the car in,,they diagnosed the problem...and after being there for 2 to 3 hours...Gave me a ride home...No offer of any other transportation at that time..Then it was order the part and wait.. I DO understand that these things can take time,,but The attitude of these folks would make a preacher complain!! This was a used vehicle purchase,,But, they knew of the problem at sale and agreed to "make it right" I thought these vehicles go through an inspection before they are sold?? After complaining relentlessly,,and 5 days later, they agreed to a rental, ,But, first saying They would get the rental if we would pay half the cost!! REALLY? They finally agreed to a rental..I guess 2 days out of 7 are better than nothing? So,,,I get the car back yesterday...Not really noticing at first and excited to have my vehicle back...I finally noticed the top cubby wasn't closed all the way...inspecting further I see the dash is not even back in place,( a wide gap ) and the heat vent is in such a bind that it's popped upwards and out..SO now I have a few options,,,Take it back and go through another nightmare,,Find a real Dealership that's capable of doing the repairs,,or contact an attorney to envoke my rights as a consumer!!! Or should I go to the news with it?? This has been one awful experience!!! More

Josh Flowers went above & beyond to make a new car purchase ('14 Sportage) easy as well as introduce my family to the Asheville area which is new for us. He introduced us to his teammates and worked a great deal for us. Patience and professionalism were shown at all times. It's a long process from the moment you walk in to drive away and he was there all the time tenaciously working a smooth transaction. Hopefully he will be a long-term asset to team KIA Asheville!
