My husband and I went to Kia looking for a small car to save on gas money. (We were previous owners of an SUV getting around 10 miles per gallon.) Jarrod was the first person we spoke with and he was very helpful in recommending the Forte which saves us gas money, but is also in our price range. Jarrod was very nice and patient with us as we made our decision to buy. Josh and Jeff were also helpful in getting our payment where we needed it. Mr. Anderson's work ethic regarding his presentation to my wife and I was excellent. Over two days he spent about 4 hours of test driving several vehicles and explaining each in great detail as to the car my wife and I was excellent. Over two days he spent about 4 hours of test driving several vehicles and explaining each in great detail as to the cars special features. The test rides covered regular street traffic, expressay and back road with curves & hills allowing her to make a decision on the vehicle based on a variety of measures including handling and comfort. Questions that were asked where answered thoroughly and completly while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor. In summary, Craig's customer service approach, the quality of his presentation and friendlyness maintained though out our expreience was great. More
Had a wonderful experience! Sales were not pushy or overbearing. I really enjoyed the patience they had with me. I had been to 2 other lots before going here and both were pushy and rude. My husband and I bought our first car in 1961, so we've met a few salesmen over the years and, for the most part, have not had many good things to say about them. Nelson is at the head of the class as a s met a few salesmen over the years and, for the most part, have not had many good things to say about them. Nelson is at the head of the class as a salesman and we recommend him highly. He sold us a 2009 Sedona which we love. I recently called to ask his advice about a car for my daughter(who lives in another state). He couldn't have been more helpful and gave me valuable information to pass on to her. Kia of Asheville is lucky to have him!! More
I did not have a very good experience at Paramount kia. The staff was less than knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. My information was sent to banks for financing for cars I had not seen or e The staff was less than knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. My information was sent to banks for financing for cars I had not seen or even been asked about.And when I said I did not like the cars I was just continually told that the banks were,"this close" to financing me, all I had to do was, "say yes". I was hit on by 2 employees. A manager told me that I would "get used to" things that I didn't like about the cars I was shown. When I asked for all processing to be stopped and said that I'd like to leave a manager was called and tried to talk me into buying cars I did not want. I felt pressured and badgered into buying something. I did not feel I was treated well, I was stressed most of the time, even leaving was an ordeal. I would like to add that I have been contacted by the dealership via phone and e-mail and had someone apologize, which was kind, but I will still never return to Paramount Kia or recommend anyone to go, especially any women. More
I went to Paramount Kia after having a bad experience at another local dealer. Tim was the first person to greet me upon my arrival and he could tell I was not a happy camper. Right out of the gate he did everything he could to make my car buying experience pleasant, no hassle and even fun! Tim was knowledgeable, understanding and patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of my Kia purchase. He took the time to go over all the features of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked and even paired my cell phone with Bluetooth before I left the dealership. If I could have chosen a perfect salesman it would have been Tim! More
One reason I returned to Parmount Kia was because I purchased a KIA Sedona in 2005. The car is still running strong. They have been very attentive to any matter that I have brought to their attention and it has been dealt with efficiently and promptly. This is one of the reasons I came back to KIA for purchase of my second Sedona this past month. Not only did I have a great buying experience, but I got more car than I bargained for and the same friendly customer service I experienced 7 years ago. (By the way, I could not give up my 2005 Sedona. I still have it too!) I have a friend that is now looking at a Kia Soul and I am sure he will purchase it within the next few days. Again, hats off to a wonderful dealership! More

After some extremely negative experiences in the Alabama Kia Market, I started researching purchasing an Optima out of state. Due to the execellent customer service and helpfulness of Tim Cousins, I purchased a car online ad drove all the way to North Carolina to pick it up, sight unseen! It was a pleasure to do business with paramount; everything was as they said it wopuld be. For the first time in my life, I didn't have that "ripped off feeling" that you so often get when walking of a dealership. I know that when I by my next car, even though there are now a lot more Optimas at my local dealers, I will return tp Asheville Parmount to make my purchase. More

The team at Kia did a great job explaining the vehicle, as well as working with us on the price. We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the knowledge of the sales associates, and even the willingness of the financing department to help us get to where we needed to be financially. All-in-all, great experience! Would definitely purchase from this dealer again! More
