Number 3! I bought our 1st new Sorento in 2006. Based on our experience here my wife bought the second in late 2010. She was very pleased with Tim Cousins' he I bought our 1st new Sorento in 2006. Based on our experience here my wife bought the second in late 2010. She was very pleased with Tim Cousins' helpfulness. This week I learned Tim was in a different location so I asked Tony Alfano to kelp me find a low milage used Sorento to replace my wrecked '06. The next day I took delivery of a beautiful 2013. From sales to service these people really work to earn our business. In 45 years I've learned what to look for in a dealer and I found it at Paramont in Asheville. More

Amazing Service I went in looking for a used SUV, and left with just that. Josh knew exactly what I wanted and spent a lot of time with myself and my dad talking thin I went in looking for a used SUV, and left with just that. We actually live in another city and purchased our new 2015 Sorento at Paramount Kia on a Saturday. Since we didn't have all the necessary documents with us, Nelson actually delivered the car to us on Monday, which involved a 2-hour drive each way. Talk about service! We could not have been happier with the entire experience. More

They were determined that we would not lea We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday at 5:30pm (closing time is 6:00) and did not leave until 9:30pm. They were determined that we would not leave without a car and they succeeded. I was there to buy my daughter a car to take to college and we sat in or drove at least a dozen cars and they even drove us over to the Tunnel Road lot to look at one. My daughter is thrilled with her Kia Optima and we would definitely come back here when we need another car. They were all very patient with us and worked very hard to put us in a car that was in our budget. More
