I am in SD for next 2 months working and needed 4WD, did not want white because of the snow and wanted 6 cylinder and seat warmer. We looked at many options and finally decided on my vehicle. It was snowing when I arrived in SD. My Sorinto handles perfectly. Josh Dehart was very nice and through explained all the paper work to me. I spoke with a man in service about what I might need up here where it is so cold and they located a dealership for me to stop in and make sure my vehicle would be okay in this weather. The service dept here assured me that my car needed nothing more. Just a great experience all around. Thank you Mr. Langley and Parimount KIA. More

We were recommended to Paramount Kia by friends who had recently bought a used car there. I was initially leary because I had become a devotee to buying gently used cars from a national chain. This time we decided to buy new, and after a ton of research, we decided to buy two Kias. I knew what I wanted, knew what they had in stock(execellent website), and knew what I wanted to pay. Ron King our salesman didn't hassle us, worked for us as the consumer, and was helpful and accomodating in every way. We were given a terrific offer on our trades, got the financing we wanted, and drove off in the exact cars we had come prepared to buy. I could not have been more pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paramount Kia to anyone searching for a new car without the usual dealer runaround. It was definitely a positive experience from top to bottom. More
The reason I choose Paramount Kia is the very friendly and courteous staff that I was given in the past. This is our 3rd purchase from Paramount in the past 10 years. The only negative that I can see is the difficulty in negotating a good fair price; Paramount does not offer a "good" trade in allowance. Call me old school but I like to barter price. The service department is great, What I would like to see Paramount do is to offer service in satellite ares throughout the samller towns. It is a hassle in getting service as the working class I find it very difficult to have to go to Asheville or Hickory because of days off from work to get rountine maintenance or oil changes done. This would be excellent customer service for company like Paramount to set up service in these rural areas of WNC. More
I bought a new Kia Forte from the Paramount Asheville Kia dealership on 1000 Ridgefield Rd. Josh Flowers was the sales representative and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. I opted to buy a new Kia Soul and test drove one enjoyed it but didn't buy it that day. Unlike many other places the salesperson Nathan was not upset that I did not buy that day and was more than happy to s it but didn't buy it that day. Unlike many other places the salesperson Nathan was not upset that I did not buy that day and was more than happy to see me return a month later to buy a Kia Soul, we chatted about the purpose of the purchase and decided that a base model or a Plus model would do the trick. As luck would have it there were no Souls available that fit my needs, but he did call me and let me know that a truck was arriving with one that would he explained it was a Plus model and not the Base that I had originally wanted so the price was higher I considered the price difference and decided to put a deposit down to hold the car until I could get there in person, the next day I was there and after the papers were signed I changed my mind on the color and Nathan once again was not upset by this at all, but then he had to tell me that the color I had decided to switch to was not available in the Plus model only the Base model and although I had gotten my mind wrapped around the perks of a Plus model Nathan was very helpful in explaining all the features of the Base vs. the Plus and reminding me that I had originally wanted the Base etc. Nathan was fun to deal with and it was a very pleasant experience. Nathan had a great sense of humor and it was a blast working with him on the purchase of my new Kia Soul. I highly recommend my salesperson especially and the Kia Soul I LOVE my little car. More
