Fantastic! Being in our 70's, my husband and I have purchased a lot of new cars. I have to say this was the most pleasant of new car purchases we have ever had. He never made us feel stupid or silly for the many questions we had. He was kind, informative, happy to help in any way he could, and we actually enjoyed being at the dealership. Both my husband and I were impressed with his knowledge of the car we were interested in, but also with his knowledge of the company. He was obviously proud to work for Kia, and told us repeatedly how good they were to their employees and their customers. To my husband and I a happy employee speaks volumes of the company that we are about to do business with. What a great experience. Not one person we saw or came in contact with failed to speak, and if time allowed ask if we needed help. The finance Manager we met with was Jordan Ogle. I thought about another manufacturer before turning to Kia, but when I settled on a Sorento, I knew I would be going to the Asheville dealership, period! Glad I made that decision because they were incredibly easy to work with. Michael Shirley met my husband and I in the parking lot. I told him I was looking for an AWD, V6, with less than 20,000 miles, and dark gray in color on a Sorento. It took Michael less than 5 minutes to locate one on the lot! I couldn't believe it! Michael was very, very helpful, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with him or Joel Smith in finances as well! I'm so pleased with my purchase! More

Alixis spent time with us figuring out what we were looking for that was inside of our price range and did not treat us any less with a lower credit score verses someone with a 850 score. She adjusted her schedule to fit ours and when she was pulled away due to another car sale, she placed us in Anthony's hands. Anthony took the time to walk us around and meet other key staff memebers including Andrew in the service department. And of course the least favorite part of buying a car is dealing with the finance department but Jordan made it work for us and kept our best interest in mind the entire time. We left with a newer mini van and are very happy that they said YES!! We even referred a family member and they bought a 2015 Soul from Alixis the next day!!! More
