This young man was very pleasant and informative. He asked what exactly was I looking for in a vehicle. I told him and he found the perfect one I wanted at their store on the other side of town. He said it's on its way over and then he gave me a tour of their facility, even took me to see the service area which was spotless. When the sportage arrived I took it for a drive and loved it.
