Fantastic . It was all FANTASTIC Jodi was great! From the time I walked in the door. I recently totaled my Kia Spectra 2009 and oh what a great car that was. Jodi understood I need Jodi was great! I told her what I wanted, my needs and my budget and she helped me find the perfect vehicle. A 2013 Kia Soul!!! It is my new baby! The customer service experience was more than I could have ask for. I was even given GREAT Dove Hot chocolate ! The process was not stressful and was not long at all. Jodi knew what she was talking about and had all my questions answered and I left that day with my Kia soul. After I totaled my last Kia and I was still safe , just a few bruises after the terrible wreck on I-240 after leaving work from downtown Asheville I will never buy another brand besides Kia.
