Then we set up a time for a test drive. We came up on a Saturday, 2 hours before they closed. Ben, who was doing a GREAT job filling in for Chris, showed us the cars we had narrowed down to. We drove them all, made the decision and decided to buy. Norm handled the financing end very smoothly. They even ended up staying past their closing time to finalize the deal. We've owned our new Sorento now for almost 3 weeks and have received several follow up calls and emails to make sure everything is going well with the new vehicle.
