The finance person presented me with a ridiculously high monthly payment that was no where near what I had told Josh. Did me being a female have anything to do with that?? I was ready to walk until someone from management came in and gave me the monthly payment I could afford. I'm glad for that but the process was stressful and unpleasant. More

Jeep Patriot Andrew Newhouse is an great resource when buying a car. He has helped me with 2 of the three cars that I have purchased at Paramount Kia of Asheville. Gustavo Barrera is also another good resource I have purchased a 2015 optima from Gustavo. The last purchase was a 2010 Jeep patriot from Andrew with no issues. John Miller more than came through for us by showing us a 2016 kia Forte to us. He let us both drive it & we fell in love with it. That's all it took. He worked very hard for us to get our financing & we had a very enjoyable time visiting with him while waiting on the paper work. Then while we were signing the papers that very sweet man emptied all that was in our trade-in car & put it in the same spots in our new Forte saving us the time & effort we would have needed.
