The whole team there worked all day ( literally 9:30-4:30) and did everything possible to get me into a brand new vehicle! I greatly appreciate all the effort they exerted. The team was polite, friendly, open minded, and willing to try whatever necessary in order for me to get what I wanted. I was referred to these guys by a coworker and would most definitely recommend that anyone looking to buy a Kia heads to this lot! More

New car experience I was in the need of a newer car with less miles because of my promotion at work and the driving that it consists of. My credit is not the greatest i I was in the need of a newer car with less miles because of my promotion at work and the driving that it consists of. My credit is not the greatest in the world because of a divorce, however, Paramount Kia of Asheville was able to get me approved and I was able to take a brand new 2016 Kia Forte home when I left the dealer. I didn't think I would be able to get a used car much less a 2016 with 24 miles!! Gustavo was an awesome sales person and very informative on things regarding the type of car that I was purchasing. He was very positive and helpful throughout the purchasing of my car. I would recommend Gustavo as well as Paramount Kia of Asheville to anyone that is purchasing a new vehicle. I love my Kia Forte! ELLIE 1972 was the last time I purchased a brand new vehicle so needless to say I was very apprehensive about even looking for another car. I was so impressed with Anthony Newhouse who was my salesperson. There was never any "hard sell" or pushiness. When I told him I couldn't afford a new car he just listened and asked a few questions. After a while he came back with a smile on his face and assured me he would get me a new car I could afford . . . . . and he did. Tony Alfano was also very diligent and reassuring as he searched for the best financing. Totally impressed and a very nice experience. KIA keep up the good work!!!! More

Kia is a great car...it sells itself! I had a Kia Forte which was super..fun to drive and A lot of room in backseat as well as trunk. Thought I was in Kia Paramount of Asheville NC to get I had a Kia Forte which was super..fun to drive and A lot of room in backseat as well as trunk. Thought I was in Kia Paramount of Asheville NC to get another Forte, however after driving the Optima, I felt I'd like try this model...a little larger and longer car. Krisha Arrington helped me with this decision. She answered all of my questions and if she didn't know she found the answer quickly, without fumbling, in the Kia pamphlet. She was very calm and patient..I never felt rushed or pushed to buy the car. I felt like she was my cheerleader in the finance portion of the sale. Kia is a super car...not hard to sell as it's rated very high in safety, therefore, keeping your insurance lower than some other makes of cars. More
