Initially, we stopped by late Saturday night, long past operating hours, to find energetic and kind sales people working with several customers. Gustavo Rodriguez Barrera and Aaron Hill were very easy to talk to and patiently explained all the features of the new Kia Soul. We set up a time to bring our old car in on Monday morning and from 10 am to 3 pm that Monday, Gustavo was relaxed, attentive, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to bring us on 2 test drives even. I can't express enough how low pressure this sale was. The finance department was willing to work with us on the trade in value of our 15 year old car and we walked out with an affordable payment and a wonderful new car! So thankful for Gustavo and all those that made our car buying experience easy and enjoyable. More

They didn't settle for less for me, they did everything they could to get me in the right vehicle that was safe for me and my son. Jarrad even drove me to the bank and waited for me to talk with a loan officer. Jarrad was the only one who came out to help and he didn't mind telling me the truth about anything. KIA has denied me several times before but GOD, my grandma SHIRLEY PORTER, that just left this earth on 2-10-2016 and JARRAD WILSON, were my angels on this day. JARRAD didn't give up and neither did his manager, they made it happen for me and my baby boy. I couldn't ask for a better team.
