Upon on arriving the dealership, we were immediately welcomed by Brian Carter. Brian spent several hours ensuring that our needs were taken care of. We ended up In a Kia Sorento, however, on Monday I returned and spoke to Josh Dehart, expressing to him that I wasn't totally satisfied with our selection. Within a short while, we had agreed on another Sorento which happen to be the first car we had test driven. The exchange was made and we are totally happy with our purchase. I would certainly recommend Paramount Kia to everyone who is considering to make a new or used purchase. My wide and I have dealt with a lot of dealers in Western North Carolina over the last forty years, however, none, and I mean none has been as nice, considerate, and gone the extra mile to please their customers. I understand why Paramount Kia of Asheville has received the "Best Kia Dealership Award" for North Carolina for the past two years. At this pace, I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Paramount Kia becomes the best Kia dealership nationwide soon...
