Once we arrived the vehicle was perfect and John was soooo nice! Excellent salesman, terrible upper managment. My wife and I spoke with Bobby Dills about a used Sorento. Bobby was very helpful and understanding about our budget and unfortunately they did not ha My wife and I spoke with Bobby Dills about a used Sorento. During this time my grandfather was on his death bed and Bobby was very respectful and let us deal with them on our own time. Bobby always made sure to see how we were doing and would call just tjo check on us and ask how my grandfather was. We did not buy a car from him but we made a very good friend in him. The manager Tom Ellis on the other hand was not as friendly. We left our family gathering early after my grandfather's funeral to meet with him because he didn't like that Bobby didn't sell us a vehicle (only because they didn't have anything we wanted in our price.) After we explained our budget once again knowing they didn't have anything in our price on their lot, Tom did not even come talk to us and just wasted our time. Long story short Bobby Dills was great, the manager Tom Ellis not so much. More

I would recommend Chris to anyone considering a Kia! I will say that after owning the same car for 17 years & already visiting several other dealerships, I was not ready for the way a simple "I would like to see a sportage, turned into, 'OK, we're done, we'll get your car ready, & you can drive it home tonight.' I was expecting a few days of credit checking & financing work, which would allow me time to be sure this was the vehicle for me. As serious as I was about a new car, a Kia hadn't even been in my radar til that afternoon & now it was closing time. I tend to research quite a bit before any big purchase & am methodical in these decisions, not impulsive at all. I did not have this experience at any other dealership & was quite taken aback at the presumption (or "soft" strong arming?) of the manager, which he then had clearly relayed to the financing agent. They may do this everyday, but the customer does not. So I would caution anyone who goes here to just be aware of this & not let management rush you through the process. More
