They not only had it, they had washed it and it was sitting out front when we arrived at the lot. Jarrad was awesome, straight forward, and very friendly and easy to deal with. We had opted to purchase the VIP Service agreement and were sort of expecting them to say "other" things needed to be done. No. Didn't happen. The service department couldn't have been nicer. So professional, got the job done, answered questions we had and spent all the time with us that was needed. While there, and waiting for the car to be serviced, we looked around. Talked with Jarrad Wilson and ended up trading our 2012 Soul. We feel good about the deal and Jarrad even delivered the new car and took the old back. Very nice indeed considering we live 1.5 hours away. Nice people all around. More
