The difference was that after I told them what I wanted to pay monthly, they were very frank about what my options were in order to get the vehicle I wanted. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or was not in my budget. I decided to lease a vehicle. They remained positive and helpful through some unforeseen difficulties in accessing my credit rating at the end of the day. I went back 2 days later to finish the paperwork which was quick. I received a call from the service dept later that evening to set up my first oil change 5 months from now! I like that! I would not hesitate to do business with them again and definitely recommend them. More
