Nathan! Nathan was a very communicative and professional agent. We enjoyed working with him. He was very responsive to our requests, which were many. He was very personable and took responsibility when needed. Would definitely work with him again. Two suggestions for improvement for Nathan (one of us was a longtime customer service rep). Several of the specific additions we requested and he said were installed were not. Puddle lights and windshield washer heater were not installed as he said they were. We will be required to go back for another visit to get this done. Also he was unfamiliar and vague with the Paramount Preferred Customer Club details. He did try to get the necessary information and he worked with us to get the requested additions. More

Within three hours I drove away from the dealership in a new car that fit my price range, size, gas mileage, and additional perks such as, color, CD player, backup camera, and cruise control. He, to my surprise, did exactly what I was hoping for and started with the credit process to see what could be done to help me. I had a car in mind, a Kia Soul. He told me he had a car he thought could work for me and my situation. He disappeared for a moment to the outer 40 f the parking lot and returned with exactly the car that was perfect for us.. It was even the color we had hoped for. We went for a ride and talked as old friends (we were distant acquaintances from long ago law enforcement careers). I am now a pastor and I found Nathan to be an easy going Christian man with a what you see is what you get outlook with no pretense. He made the experience zero pressure and took a lot of time helping me make a good decision. On my way to the dealership that day I had prayed that if I was making a mistake that God would throw up a road block. Instead the process was very smooth and pain free. I left feeling completely comfortable and confident in my new car. I felt that I had taken steps to a better financial future rebuilding my credit. I would definitely recommend Nathan and Paramount Kia. More

John Miller the sales person called me the day I connected via the website, and we set an appointment to test drive the vehicle on August 15th. In the two days leading up, we exchanged numerous emails, I filled out the financial application in advance, he asked questions about why I chose the vehicle I did, and we went out to test drive the vehicle. I was well-pleased with the vehicle, he honestly pointed out a couple cosmetic things that the dealership will fix for me, and we took care of the tag, insurance, detailing of the car, and in the process I gained respect for him as a sales person and individual. Rarely do you walk onto a car lot and encounter such treatment. I would recommend the dealership and John in particular to ANYONE looking for a car. More

Got a call from Anthony that someone was looking for a standard transmission SUV..which my name came up on computer..I had a 2011 Sportage. .straight Got a call from Anthony that someone was looking for a standard transmission SUV..which my name came up on computer..I had a 2011 Sportage. .straight drive 67,000..miles..great car never had any problems..but went down..talked w Anthony.saw a 2017 Sportage that I liked.Automatic..drove it.liked it..bought it.Anthony was really a great person to work w me to make this happen..He received a call that his grandmother had passed away..he told me she was in the hospital..I encouraged him to leave..I would come back today..he stayed w me till paperwork was done.and helped unload baby seats..etc..then bought me a tank of gas.God bless his family..and him..during this time.would highly recommend talking w him .if you are buying a vehicle..Ty Anthony..
