I have purchased two Hyundais from Paramount and they have serviced my Azera at Paramount since day one. Aside from virtually zero quality problems with the car the work has been maintenance and it alway have serviced my Azera at Paramount since day one. I will have a CarFax several pages long because I really have had these folks care for my car. Jason, as Service Manager, has to fill his predecessors shoes as Rita was also top notch. Whenever major maintenance was done they brought me back to my office and picked me up when the work had been completed. The pricing is fair and I can usually use a coupon to help with the investment. While the car was being serviced this week I took the opportunity to chat with Thad Coggins and about drool over the new Azera and Genesis models. Thad invited me to check out the interiors and even though I was "just in for service" he offered to let me take a test drive. I declined but will definitely be back to speak with him when I am ready to consider a trade. I really like my Azera; it will be hard decision to make a change but when I do it will no doubt be a Paramount Hyndai. More
I will start by saying the employees name is unknown. I disagree with holding one employee responsible for the mistakes made by others. As I waited, I read the posters on the wall stating the reason for the time it takes to perform the jobs in which I was having done. When the time reached 90 minutes I began to pace. The employee approached me and apologized for the delay and promised it would be out shortly. It was, and they apologized again as they handed me my keys stating no charge. That was the reason for the #5 on pricing. The reason for the N/A quality of work was: within 24hrs, the "check engine" light came on for a brief time. I called to have it checked the next morning but it had gone off. My wife was on a tight schedule and didn't thing she would make her appointment. The overall experience is mixed. I didn't have to pay for the work, but I'm not convinced the quality of work was up to your standards. I am disappointed with one aspect of our purchase. We were promised an answer to our question about map updates for the Navi. I did online research myself and found the answer to be $299.00 on my part. The disappointment is that we have a more user-friendly system with free lifetime updates for half the price. We now turn off your Navi every time we enter the vehicle. Serious consideration should be made by your company to resolve this particular problem. All positive responses above are a direct reflection on your employee contact. My wife loves her car.
