After the initial rating I gave Paramount did what honored the 30 day/1000 mile warranty. The service dept. contacted me after a further check of the Rav4 and found what I said was true about the transmission. They furnished me with a loaner car and offered to fix it or buy back the vehicle. I selected the buy back and it is supposed to happen with a check being issued on Monday to settled it. They did take care of the problem by there warranty definition. So I would give them a 4.5 rating.
