I recently purchased a loaded Elantra Limited edition from Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC. The dealership is very clean and well maintained. My sales consultant, Scott Voight was pleasant and easy to work with (no hard selling), a real gentleman. I decided to buy the Elantra because PH gave me a fair price for my trade in, had a great 2.9% finance rate and sold me my Elantra for very fair price. Scott Voight explained my new Elantra from top to bottom (going from a basic Jeep to a fully loaded Elantra was quite a change !) Buying my new Elantra from Scott Voight at Paramount Hyundai was so easy and hassle free. I couldn't wait to share my experience with my friends who are in the market for a new car. I think I may even have talked one of them out of the Ford Mustang they had originally decided on. They went above and beyond to deliver me exactly the vehicle I wanted for a very fair price. We are extremely happy with our buying experience at Paramount Hyundai. We were treated very well throughout the test drive on a Saturday and our purchase the following Thursday. Our salesman Emory Greer was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and there was no pressure at any time. He took care of getting payoff information on one of the vehicles we were trading in and with the transfer of insurance. We were given a fair trade in allowance on both cars we traded in as well as a good price ($2,000 below invoice) on the car we bought. The car was in excellent condition and we were given a detailed rundown on its features and Emory even set up the Bluetooth with both our cell phones. The financing and loan paperwork were also handled smoothly and professionally. We left the dealership smiling, and with a full tank of gas. We love our new Sonata. It is fun to drive, easy on gas and turns a lot of heads. It really is an amazing car More

If the car stands up to all claims and the service we receive after the purchase is as good as the sales service we will be very happy. I just want to say that when I first met my salesman Neal, he made me feel right at ease by not pressuring me. My overall experience was a great one but I felt the Salesmanager could have gave me a bett Neal, he made me feel right at ease by not pressuring me. When I first came in to the dealership I was greeted right away from KC. He wanted to know why I was there. I told him I was interested in looking at the new Elantra. KC said Randy would take carer of me. Randy let me drive the elantra to see how it drove. It was great. I told him that this was the first car i test drove and I had someother cars to drive. I told him I would be back. The next day I came back and asked to drive the elantra again. The car i drove was red and the inside was tan .I didn't like the color inside the car Randy said that they could find the color i wanted. It would only take a few day to get the car in. KC said that they were getting a gray Elantra with gray and black on the inside. I sais great. I told them that I have to bring my husben in. Randy was not their we we came back to KC introduce Peter and told us he would tak care of us. He was great He let Mike drive the car and sold us the gray Elantra for the same price as the red one.The price of the gray was highter then the red one. the Elantra came with bluetooth and peter show to use it. I was shopping for my new car on line. I was absolutley impressed with how Kennith handled my inquiry for pricing. He found the exact car I wanted, had it delivered from South Carolina. He gave me the very best price compared to 3 other dealers in my area. Because the Hickory dealership is not the closest to me, I actually went to another dealer to see the car and drive it. Of course they wanted my business, and because I was on site I would have considered it. The deal breaker was the price. The other dealership located the same car in South Carolina, but they could not match the price Kennith gave me. I left the other dealership, and called Kennith the following day & ordered my car! The other dealership tried to convince me that Kennith would not be able to sell me the car at my quoted price, there would be some kind of 'surpize' when I went to buy the car, which would ultimately raise the final cost. None of that occurred, Kennith was good to his word, and delivered me an awesome car -exactly what I wanted, for the very best price in town!! A BIG thanks to Kennith for great service & making my new car buying experience seamless! Awesome experience ... there you have it!! More

He seemed to relate with me very well and made the whole experience a dream for a first time car buyer in myself.
