We were not sure what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. We walked into the sales room on Friday and Adam approached us with a friendly smile. We told him we wanted to drive the Hyundai Veracruz and he said "certainly." On the test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He pointed out all of the benefits of owning the car. When we got back to the dealership, he gave us a price and introduced us to his sales manager, Jeff. We told him we would get back to him. On Saturday morning we went back to the dealership with a quote. Adam was with another customer, but we waited on him to finish. He came to us as soon as he could and introduced us to Chris, another sales manager. We test drove the car again with Adam and decided to purchase the vehicle. Our experience with Paramount Hyundai was great. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Thanks to them for a great purchase. We love our vehicle. More

Car shopped all over 2 NC in person and via internet, Robbie was great! Did not try to push us into a car we were not comfortable with financially and was extremely knowledgeable about his product! He was also very resourceful to find the color and model I was looking for even considering that the 2011 models were almost non existent. Would I buy from Adam or Paramount again? Yes! I hate car dealerships and I hate dealing with car salesmen. Over the years I have learned I can't trust them and I hate haggling over price. With that said I want you to know the experience with Kennith Stewart was like a home run in the World Series. He’s not a “BS” kind of guy and I learned to trust him. He and Paramount sold me a new 2011 Sonata Hybrid Premium which was not on the lot. After having difficulty finding the Premium they loaned me an SUV to drive until my new car arrived. I didn’t like waiting but they lived up to their commitment. I have learned a new appreciation and respect for at least one car salesman: Kennith Stewart. Worked with neil over the internet and he was very honest and stait forword with me from the start. I went to five dealerships in the area and challenged them to get me what i wanted and not what they had. E and stait forword with me from the start. Every other dealership was not very strait forword nore were they honest, but Neil was and instead of me driving five minutes to get my car I drove to hickory. I made the call to the dealership to get an update. Communication with the customer, no matter how small is extremely important. More
My husband and I just purchased our second new car within a twelve month period and are very happy with both vehicles. We bought a new Sonata last August. Recently, we decided to trade in our SUV to ease t a twelve month period and are very happy with both vehicles. We bought a new Sonata last August. Recently, we decided to trade in our SUV to ease the "pain at the pump". We were so pleased with our Hyundai Sonata that we decided to test drive a Hyundai Elantra and immediately fell in love with it also. Both vehicles look great, drive great and make our trips to the gas pump much more managable. As far as the sales team, we were both nervous when we began the process of buying the Sonata. However, it didn't take long for our sales consultant, Peter Collins, to put us totally at ease. When we decided to look at another Hyundai, we gave Peter a call one Saturday morning and he was waiting at the door to greet us. In fact, I have to admit, it was a fun experience.
