Worked with neil over the internet and he was very honest and stait forword with me from the start. I went to five dealerships in the area and challenged them to get me what i wanted and not what they had. E and stait forword with me from the start. Every other dealership was not very strait forword nore were they honest, but Neil was and instead of me driving five minutes to get my car I drove to hickory. Emory spent a lot of time with us as we test drove several different Hyundai vehicles. He was very pleasant and professional. I will add however that during the time that we signed our initial sale p several different Hyundai vehicles. He was very pleasant and professional. I will add however that during the time that we signed our initial sale paperwork and when the car was delivered was several days as expected (it was being brought in from another town) and we did not receive a phone call updating us on the delivery status. I made the call to the dealership to get an update. Communication with the customer, no matter how small is extremely important. More

My husband and I just purchased our second new car within a twelve month period and are very happy with both vehicles. We bought a new Sonata last August. Recently, we decided to trade in our SUV to ease t a twelve month period and are very happy with both vehicles. We bought a new Sonata last August. Recently, we decided to trade in our SUV to ease the "pain at the pump". We were so pleased with our Hyundai Sonata that we decided to test drive a Hyundai Elantra and immediately fell in love with it also. Both vehicles look great, drive great and make our trips to the gas pump much more managable. As far as the sales team, we were both nervous when we began the process of buying the Sonata. However, it didn't take long for our sales consultant, Peter Collins, to put us totally at ease. When we decided to look at another Hyundai, we gave Peter a call one Saturday morning and he was waiting at the door to greet us. In fact, I have to admit, it was a fun experience. Everyone at Paramount was very helpful and kind. After test driving several vehicles, we chose the Hyundai Sante Fe. Joel, the sales consultant, gave us information about each vehicle but did not pressur test driving several vehicles, we chose the Hyundai Sante Fe.
