A few days later we returned for another test drive and decided that a 2013 Hyundai Elantra (automatic transmission) on the lot would be the best option for us. Paperwork was completed in a timely fashion, and the staff were all very friendly making the car-buying process easy. After doing exhaustive research on the vehicle models that I was interested in, I set 4 appointments at area dealerships but only made it to one. We took the drive to Valdese and I drove my new car back. Gary took the time to show me everything about the car and was very patient with all of my questions. I signed the paperwork on Saturday evening and picked the car up on Monday, fully detailed and ready to go! I appreciated the direct (but not pushy) sales approach, the efficiency of the finance department and the overall professionalism of the Paramount team. The customer service exceeded my expectations as well. The staff were all very courteous and friendly to me every time I came in. After researching Hyundai online and reviewing the inventory available at Paramount Hyundai, I chose this as my first stop. I have never visited Paramount Hyundai, and after owning 3 Toyota vehicles I was timid about the brand. Matt Church assisted me in every step of the way and answered all my questions thoroughly and sometimes, more than once, when I did not understand. I have never had a sale person provide me with such knowledge and direct attention. He was very detailed with me and went over every single feature of the brand to familiarize me with the differences in Hyundai and Toyota, the make of vehicle I had been driving for the past 10+ years. Matt has a very friendly personality and was very patient with me when I changed my mind multiple times about my car purchase.
