We had a rough spot when I went to try a manual, but the sales person didn't get discouraged, yet instead encouraged and convinced me that I need one with the sporttronic shifter, which having used it frequently, I absolutely love it. The rest of the paper work was pleasant, she talked to me as if she has known me for years. I had a very pleasant experience and will return for any new/used car needs to Paramount, and seek the same sales professional. More

Make sure it isn't a Program Car! We bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra in November 2013. Because it was cold out and we bought the extended warranty, we never tested the air conditioning. We bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra in November 2013. Because it was cold out and we bought the extended warranty, we never tested the air conditioning. When spring rolled around, after out move to Florida, we discovered that in 2010, some cars are still manufactured without air conditioning. I called Paramount about having them buy it back, and was told that the sales manager would call. At home we were debating having a kit installed, or get rid of the car. As it turns out, Hyundai has no kit. the dealers cannot install A/C if it isn't done at the factory. No aftermarket places will touch it either. I asked what they'd offer to buy it back and was offered $7500. We still owe $9700. We purchased the car for $10,800, with 22,000 just a few thousand below what it sold for as new. It turns out that this is what's known as a program car, one they make as a cheap model so they can run ads saying they have new cars for below $12,000. Marcel's answer was that since there was no fraud, he has no moral obligation to buy the car back at a proportionally fair overprice as what he sold it. I am stuck with a car that isn't able to be driven 9 months out of the year. We use our 1995 Jeep Cherokee as our "Comfortable" car for long trips. More

At first, I received a phone call and an e-mail from Phillip Gordon welcoming me Paramount. I felt like that was a good way to introduce himself to me before I went to the dealership. I felt more comfortable when I finally met him. When I went to the dealership, Phillip was waiting for me. He was a kind, helpful man. There was no pressure from Phillip to buy a car. He showed me four different Sonatas. I was able to get the car that I could afford. This Hyundai has made a big difference in my driving experience. I can pass gas stations more often now than I did when I had the Jeep. Phillip was very helpful in getting me the car of my choice. Tammy and Raymond were also a delight to work with. I was treated with the most respect and dignity. I would recommend this dealership to anyone else who would ask me about it. More
My previous car buying experiences have been less than optimal. Car shopping was akin to going to the dentist when you knew you had a cavity. A necessity but an unpleasant one. A task I put off for a long while but as my car hit the distance to the moon mark (235,000 mile) I knew I had to (wo)man up and and - not to sound like a Nike ad - just do it. Paramount Hyundai were incredibly helpful. Never pushy or demeaning. Not one "little lady" uttered. They helped me find the car I wanted - 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Maybe all my previous experiences were an amalgamation of every bad 80's sitcom car salesman joke but I would completely and without reservation recommend Paramount if you are indeed looking for a car. My plan was not to even purchase a vehicle the day I came by looking at what was available. J D was one of the most courteous salesmen I've ever ran across he was very patient, answered all my questions and by looking at what was available.
