No communication Took my Genesis in for an issue on Monday. I had to call and get the status everyday until it was ready on Friday. I was given 3 estimated completion Took my Genesis in for an issue on Monday. I had to call and get the status everyday until it was ready on Friday. I was given 3 estimated completion dates and they missed them all. They never called except after I inquired. One day I talked to 4 people before they could find my car order. I dont want anyone to lose a job but i think this is a training issue gor customer relations. I doubt if I'll use this dealership again. More
Service and new car sales I went for an oil change but found out that I needed new tires and had and found out that there was an electrical problem with my car. I bought my car in 2004 at Paramount and have always had it serviced here. Decided to look at new cars and told Alissa what I did want and did not want. She had the perfect car for me. Hope to drive this one as long as I did my last one. People at Paramount are always nice and I feel I can trust them. More

There is one staff member that stands out in particular, and that is Michael Connell. He sold me my first two vehicles and I could not have asked for a more professional and kind person to work with. He is constantly checking with me through email or phone calls to see if there is anything else that I may need or have a question about. WHAT DO YOU CALL US BUYING A BRAND NEW TRUCK THERE?? We have purchased four vehicles from you and we think they are the last! As we feel we will be valued elsewhere someone needs to revisit this issue. In addition, we have sent four different friends there who have also purchased vehicles. More
had a1pm app. arrived at 12:55 for an oil change and to have tailgate part of bed liner tightened where the screws had worked loose. they replaced 4 screws and changed the oil, 1 hour and 25 mins. later I have tailgate part of bed liner tightened where the screws had worked loose. they replaced 4 screws and changed the oil, 1 hour and 25 mins. later I finally walked out of the dealership. I know that they also did check up on other parts since it was a new truck but I feel that the time was far too long. I will use this dealership in the future and recommended them to a man later on that afternoon that was looking for a new F150,but I don't think that I will have my oil changed there again. More
Appointment was the very next day and a loaner vehicle was provided. Car was ready earlier then expected. Everything was explained to me and Kandy and the others were very helpful and courteous. With two Ford vehicles and lots of miles driven per year, I am in the Service Department at Paramount Ford often. I purchased my Taurus X at Paramount Ford and have come back for service for almost five year I am in the Service Department at Paramount Ford often. I purchased my Taurus X at Paramount Ford and have come back for service for almost five years. I also bring my F150 here for service. I always look forward to working with Service Advisor David Harmon. He is friendly and always outlines the work needed, including cost estimates. I keep my cars current on maintenance because I tend to keep them on the road for many years. I plan on using Paramount for this maintenance and look forward to working with David Harmon for a long time. More
When I parked as I got out of my car someone was right there asking me if he could help me, I said I need to speak to Mark, He said come right in and took me to Mark's office when I walked in Mark said He there asking me if he could help me, I said I need to speak to Mark, He said come right in and took me to Mark's office when I walked in Mark said Hello and remember my name. He asked what he could do for me and I said I am not happy he asked what was wrong I showed him a letter I received from the lending company that is financing my car which said I was denied the loan, The decision date was June 18th the date I bought my car, The mailing date was September 16th. Mark read the letter called in someone else and looked on the computer and assured me all was fine and the other guy said that some times the lending company is slow on mailing and that maybe when it went through the first time I may have been denied and the second time I was accepted. Anyway, needless to say this is the second time or third I have either called, e-mailed or gone in and they are always friendly and make me happy! So I just want to say the people at the location is AWESOME!! I am so glad I chose Paramount and I often tell others that is the place to go to buy a car. A Happy Customer, Pamela Anderson More
