Absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. They bait and switch fees on both the car purchase as well as the repairs. I beg of you not to go here so that you don't have to experience what I have. Wait times are horrible, you'll always pay more than what's quoted, and you'll wish you had gone somewhere else. Complained to the dealership last time and they called me and agreed that I had a bad experience and was bait and switched on the repair costs. He said he'd be following up with me in 2 days to see what he could do to adjust it and make it right. Never heard back and called 2-3 times and left messages to no avail. I will never purchase a vehicle here again and I encourage you not to go here for repairs/service either. More

If you are looking for a service department that will use any excuse to overcharge you for any type of service, this is the place. Every single time I have ever brought my vehicle here to have some work done, they have always “recommended“ preventative maintenance That no one else does. Also, when I call around to double check their estimate and quote, they are usually triple the price of any other reputable mechanic. I purchased my Hyundai here, and I wish I had gone literally anywhere else. Their sales people will call you monthly asking you to purchase another vehicle, or trade in your existing vehicle, and they will “keep your monthly payment the same“. Never mind the fact that you will lose all of the equity or value in your vehicle as they push you into another finance agreement. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for a vehicle purchase, but especially for maintenance. I have never found a bigger rip off in my life for servicing my vehicle. More
I recently purchased a Ford Transit AWD from Paramount Ford. The Transit had less than 3000 miles when I got the drive mode not available error. I first called the sales person and the sales manager and described the problem to them both. They both told me they would get back to me but this never happened. I took the vehicle in on December 7, 2020. They told me there was no fault code. When i look on the Ford app it states there was a drive train malfunction on November 27, 2020. I took the vehicle to another Ford dealership and was told there was an issue with the actuator in the transfer case and that it would need to be replaced. Paramounts lack of competence in diagnosing the issue and their not calling me back is the reason for the 1 star review. More

They gave him the best deal imaginable -- trust me, my husband had shopped around! When we took it up for service, I kept eyeing a vehicle they had in the showroom area. Each time we would go in, I would look at this vehicle, open the door, sit in it, etc. On Wed before Thanksgiving, we had to go to the service department for something we thought would take about half a day so we drove both cars. Yet, again, I had to take a quick peek at the car in the showroom. Brandon (who is the least pressured sales guy I have ever dealt with -- thank goodness -- I don't do pushy) came over and we started talking about it. He asked if I wanted to drive it. Sure. Let me at least see if it rides smooth. Turns out they couldn't get the garage door up. HOWEVER, upon his digging, he found that they had received this very same vehicle a step up. only two days before and it had not even gone through their post delivery inspection! Was it a sign? Or just dump luck. First, I love, love, love the interior. Second, it has everything I need on it. Third, it rode like a dream. NOW I was excited. (I don't get excited about cars.) All he did was ask me what I thought. They crunched numbers and gave me quite a good deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Palisade moonlight blue. Run and Hide I have been buying Fords from local dealers since 1994 and this is by far the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with.Had a bad experience wi I have been buying Fords from local dealers since 1994 and this is by far the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with.Had a bad experience with the finance dept when purchasing a truck they tried to change the agreement with out telling me" just sign here" he said.I walked out to be meet in the parking lot by Brent and JR .That was just a mistake we will take care off it and if you ever have any other problems just come to me I will do my best to help you they said. I know now I should have left then and never looked back but I bought the truck.Fast forward to six months later. Had a noise in the front hub took it in for service. Not covered under warranty the tech told me. Because I changed the wheels and tires and put a leveling kit on it.(They will only warranty them if they put them on Which they offered to do earlier when I bought it but didn't have the type wheels I wanted.Brent said it would be fine if I handled that myself) I told the tech to just talk to Brent or JR they would explain.Brent called the next day to tell me I must have bent or broke something and I would have to pay for the repair .The wheels and kit have been on there for 6 months no noise. They have a 20 year old boy who puts these on with little to no experience.I have twenty five plus years in automotive service with 5 yrs of tech school.So I will fix the problem myself and find a new ford place to do business and suggest that to any one else that asks. More
