Very unprofessional and rude manager. I traded my truck but the loan fell through. Went back to pick up my truck and it had been wrecked. I have got nothing but a run around from this dealership. Made contact with the dealer over the internet. Jonathan responded promptly by phone and email. He took my trade information, evaulated it and called me back in 10 minutes to tell me he thought he could ma responded promptly by phone and email. He took my trade information, evaulated it and called me back in 10 minutes to tell me he thought he could make a deal for the 2012 Sonata I was interested in. I do a lot of homework before buying a new car. I researched the value of my car vs. the value of the new Sonata. Jonathan was able to get within $200 of my offer in less than 15 minutes. At that point the deal ws made. After another 15 minutes I had spoken with the finance manager and completed the paperwork to purchase the Sonata. After that Jonathan spent time with me going over all the details of Sonata, even setting up my bluetooth phone connection. I'll have to say, this was probably the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Kudos to Jonathan and the whole team at Paramount Ford Hyundai in Valdese. Jonathon worked with us on many occassions while we looked at vehicles. First myself, and later when I brought my wife in to test drive one. It took us several weeks before we found the vehicle that worked for us and that was only because Jonathon kept a keen eye out for what we wanted. When it came time to purchase, I wanted to surprise my wife with it. Jonathon personally made sure every detail of preperation was completed including spending his own time on detailing the inside of the car. He then placed it in the service area with a big bow and sign so my wife would not see it until the right moment. To say the least, she was very surprised and delighted. We will both remember the extra effort this young salesman was willing to go to make sure the customer was happy.
