Jonathon worked with us on many occassions while we looked at vehicles. First myself, and later when I brought my wife in to test drive one. It took us several weeks before we found the vehicle that worked for us and that was only because Jonathon kept a keen eye out for what we wanted. When it came time to purchase, I wanted to surprise my wife with it. Jonathon personally made sure every detail of preperation was completed including spending his own time on detailing the inside of the car. He then placed it in the service area with a big bow and sign so my wife would not see it until the right moment. To say the least, she was very surprised and delighted. I wanted to purchase a Ford Fusion Hybrid in a specific color. The dealership did not have any hybrids in stock, but Mr. Connell went to work immediately to find one in another dealership. However, before the exchange could be made, the dealer in PA sold the car. Mr. Connell began another search that would eventually take about three weeks to complete. In that three week period, Mr. Connell keep me informed in a timely manner of the progress in finding a Ford Fusion Hybrid in the color I wanted. I know he spent a considerable amount of time on the telephone trying to find me the right car. He also did not make promises that he wasn't able to keep, so I am very pleased with the effort that Mr. Connell gave to find the car I wanted and to keep me informed of the progress during the three week period.
