My experience with paramount ford was a good one. Guys really worked hard to find me the best deal. After having my first car totaled in the aftermath of the storms that swept through the South this year, I was left with an insurance check in my hand and no car to drive. As I started looking for a new car, storms that swept through the South this year, I was left with an insurance check in my hand and no car to drive. As I started looking for a new car, I more or less focused my search on used Hondas, since my family has always preferred them over all other auto makers (especially American-owned companies) because of their reliability, durability, and resale value. The more I looked around on the various websites that cater to car shoppers, the more I spotted the same car at Paramount Valdese. Now, it's a usual rule of thumb not to buy a used car from a dealer that doesn't specialize in that make (after all, this particular dealership specializes in Ford and Hyundai), but I thought it was worth a look. I drove around and looked at some other vehicles in the region, but none of them compared to the one that I had seen on Paramount's website. When I got to Valdese and headed on over to the dealership, I immediately met Scott McKinney and explained my situation to him. Seeing as we had driven all the way to Spartanburg, SC from Kingsport, TN and were making our way back up towards home, he went out of his way to show us kindness, courtesy, and understanding. There were other, more expensive cars on the lot, but he didn't try to sell me any of those. He didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics, nor did he act as though I was bothering him despite the fact that I was taking so much time to make my decision. He let other customers go to other dealers just to make sure that I was taken care of and that I had all of the information I needed to make my decision. In the end, I purchased that vehicle, and, though I was iffy at the time, I am glad I did. Scott helped me out by having some minor repairs made to the car at the dealership's expense and helped me to negotiate a lower price on a Honda that was already priced under the suggested prices offered by many services for a vehicle of its type and for its un-wrecked condition. Long story short: If you're going to Valdese Ford, make sure you ask for Scott McKinney. He's not the stereotypical shark who circles around the lot looking for a poor sap to sink his teeth into. Instead, he comes at it from the customer's prospective and makes a stressful process as easygoing and relaxed as he can. More

Very unprofessional and rude manager. I traded my truck but the loan fell through. Went back to pick up my truck and it had been wrecked. I have got nothing but a run around from this dealership. It is in way worse condition than when I took it there and they are not willing to repair it correctly. Very unsatisfied. More
I called your dealership to find a lease for the Hyundai Elantra. I had talked to several other dealerships and it appeared I would not be able to find what I wanted. Scot McKinney at your dealership went to work for me and, when he did not find what I wanted in a lease, he managed to find exactly what I wanted in a used vehicle.
