We were really impressed with how friendly Jonathan was and how knowledgeable he was about the car we were buying. I recently totaled my car after accidentally running a red light (first wreck after driving 43 years). I loved my car - a 2005 Mercury Montego. Stopped at Paramount in Valdese on my way to Hickory to st red light (first wreck after driving 43 years). I loved my car - a 2005 Mercury Montego. Stopped at Paramount in Valdese on my way to Hickory to start looking for something else. We drove a Sonata, and then my husband asked if there were any used Mercurys on the lot. Much to our surprise, there was a 2005 Mercury Montego, in extremely good condition with a few thousand miles less than mine had. We drove it, and couldn't really believe we found the very same car in such good condition. We've been driving it for a week now, and everything seems great! I'm happy because I didn't want to have another car payment right now, so with the insurance settlement, I basically broke even. We also spotted a used Ford Ranger and ended up buying that for my husband too! David (Jason) Finney was great to work with - never pushy. Very attentive and helpful! More

Paramount Ford has always been fair on pricing and making deals on every vehicle I have purchased which the current vehicle, a new Ford King Ranch, was the tenth (10th) vehicle we have bought from Paramount Ford in the past 5 years. When it came time to buy a new car, I did a lot of research on-line and in person to find the right car and dealership for me. Allen Pruett was the main reason I chose to work with Paramount Valdese research on-line and in person to find the right car and dealership for me. Allen Pruett was the main reason I chose to work with Paramount Valdese for this car. I contacted Allen and he was super friendly and extremely helpful. He gave me several suggestions on the makes and models they had there and offered to set me up with a Salesman for a test drive any time. When my family and I arrived at Paramount Valdese, Jonathan Yount, met us in the parking lot and immediately starting answering all 500 questions we had for him. He was very patient with me and my entire family while we drive two different vehicles that night. I came back the next day and drove two more cars, one of which I would not have driven had it not been for his encouragement. Oddly enough, the car he suggested was the one I ultimately purchased. His knowledge and expertise helped guide my decision for this purchase. Both Allen and Jonathan worked very hard to meet my needs with financing, extended coverage and the best trade-in I could expect to receive for my car. Allen Pruett worked very hard to see that all my questions were answered regarding the extended coverage I purchased and the financing questions. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process. I was also treated with dignity and respect from the first time I stepped foot on the dealership lot to the time I left with my new car.
