I purchased a 2006 Hyundai Sonata on Nov. 30th, 2012. I drove over two hours to get to Paramount Ford/Hyundai from VA. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We went in looking for a minivan but we came out with a crossover which was the Ford Taurus X and I love it. I liked that the salesman were not out there trying to aggrevate you as soon as you got out of t crossover which was the Ford Taurus X and I love it. I liked that the salesman were not out there trying to aggrevate you as soon as you got out of the vehicle. Even though we went NCSECU to get our money to buy the car the dealership try to get our payments where we wanted them and they did do a good job trying but we like to keep our banking at NCSECU. Overall the staff were great to us! Would go back and buy another vehicle and recommend people. More

This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle long distance. Paramount Ford Hyundai is 188 miles away therefore the entire transaction was via telephone and email. My first telephone call was taken by Sherri Miller and I was immediately impressed by her PR skills. The manner in which she directed my needs to the right persons and reaffirmed my comfort level throughout the transaction was impeccable. Jonathon Taggart and Quincy Drum in the sales department were always available for questions and very responsive to all the electronic communication. Allen Pruett in F & I was also very friendly and helped tremendously in making sure the paperwork was in order. All this and they even delivered my vehicle! The reviews on Hyundai's Vera Cruz were positive, but I'd owned a Toyota in the past and was moving in that direction. With low expectations (and armed with all my internet research), I agreed to visit the Paramount dealership in Valdese. I can not say enough positive things about the experience. They pair you with a salesperson prior to arrival. Michael Connell was there to greet me and it was wonderful not being overwhelmed by a swarm of salespeople. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. There was absolutely no pressure. Instead of wanting to bolt for the door, I was quite comfortable asking even the most difficult questions. When listing all the positives and negatives, purchasing the Hyundai Vera Cruz was my best choice. I truly believe my visit to Valdese is what made me seriously consider the Hyundai. Anyone looking to buy should at least check out this dealership for a friendly, informative, and hassle free experience.
