Paramount Ford

I have been looking for a used truck for some time. This morning I checked the Paramount Ford Dealership webpage and I saw the truck that I had in mind. I have bought four other vehicles from Paramount in the past –two from the Valdese dealership and two from Hickory. When I called I was connected to Matt Phillips. Matt it turns out is from Marion where I live. After asking igf they still had the vehicle and learning they did my wife and I made the trip there. As soon as we arrive we were treated with kindness. Matt offered us a cold drink and we started the paper work to purchase the truck. After we haggled the right price. Matt sent us to Mr. Pruitt who worked us through the financial end of things. Two hours later we drove off in our used truck. Good price, good people, and we have always had good service. I would recommend Matt and Paramount to everyone. In fact I did just check me out on Facebook. I am the one standing beside the red truck with a big smile on my face. More

I am very impressed with the use of my time at Paramount Ford. I was able to accomplish everything with Scott in a timely manner. 3 hours from the test drive to final paperwork. We drove by this car lot one day when they were closed and looked around. We then returned with specific cars in mind that we were interested in. One thing for me that really makes a good car dealership/salesman, is that I dont feel pressured into buying something I realy dont want. My previous car buying experience did this, and really turned me off to car dealerships. But in dealing with Paramount Ford Valdese, and specifically Jonathan Kidd, I now have hope for dealerships. Because they showed me that there are decent people out there that want you to have a good car and car buying experience, not just out there to sell you crap to put money in their wallets. I never once felt pressured, he never tried to sell me something that was out of my price range, and worked hard to get the numbers where we needed them to be. I really appreciate Jonathan and how he treated myself, my wife and two kids(which my daughter really enjoyed his jokes), when my kids were getting restless. So thank you Jonathan, and Paramount Ford Valdese for the good experience. More

THis is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealership. THey have changed their name since the first one I bought in 1999, but the same great service has been provided for each transaction. I have dealt with Michael Connell for the last two purchases I've made. He has gone above and beyond what one would expect from a salesperson. I run a small home daycare and run 1st and 2nd shift. My time is valuable and I'm not always available to come in to the dealership. When that happens he was always available to come to me. After dealing with him the first time 6 years ago I've told several people how he brought me the car, financed the car and even stood outside with my daycare kids while they played so I could review and sign the contract. He also brought the tag over on his day off and put it on the vehicle for me. So when I had to start looking for another Expedition for my business He was the 1st person I called. THis time was just as painless as before and my husband was even involved in this trade and he was pleased as well. More

They tried to give me every thing that i needed in a new car, and they came through for me. They explained everything i needed to know about the carsince, i was not familiar with all of the options.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car,new or used. I came in contact,at other places, with a lot of pushy,not very nice salespeople and the folks at Paramount were none of these. It made the purchase very non-stressable. More

Overall, I was very pleased with the dealership. They went above my expectations and provided excellent service. I came to Paramount Ford Hyundai to buy my pre-owned there. I know a few people who went here for their purchases and recommended this dealership being customer friendly and honest. I looked at the homepage first and pre-selcted a few models, some of them where at the Asheville location and at the Hickory outift, but Jonatahn made sure Ito get my pre-choices to the Valdese location before I drove there, so I ewas able to look at my options right there and test drive all of them. No hassle to drive to Asheville or Hickory. Very good service. We took test drives with verhicels of interest going highway, town, intetrstate and back roads, to get a good overall feeling for the car. Jonathan kept it comfortable and enjoyable at all times. Loved the service at the dealership and friendly people. Allen was a big help too with his experience and expertise. I would go back to Paramoutn anytime to buy a car. Pre-ownded or new, either way. JOntahan gave me a good deal on my trade-in, very fair almsot suprisingly good. Carmax quoted me way less on the trade-in I had. (I got aquote there a few month earlier) Price competitiveness in gernerall does not seem to be an issue for Paramount Sales Force. Jonastahn was well aware of market prices and Paramounts vehicels, the ones I looked at where priced competively to begin with. I had a very good expereince with Jonathan and the crew. One big plus I want to add: I wasn;t able to take the car the same day when I signed the papers as there were some tghings to get done/finalize the next day. But Jonathan/Paramount drove the car down to Charlotte to me the next day when everything was done and delivered it right to me duringlunch break. Most exciting lunch break I had in a while I can tell you that much! Great ppl, great service. Go here to get your car! More
