We went in looking for a minivan but we came out with a crossover which was the Ford Taurus X and I love it. I liked that the salesman were not out there trying to aggrevate you as soon as you got out of t crossover which was the Ford Taurus X and I love it. I liked that the salesman were not out there trying to aggrevate you as soon as you got out of the vehicle. Even though we went NCSECU to get our money to buy the car the dealership try to get our payments where we wanted them and they did do a good job trying but we like to keep our banking at NCSECU. Overall the staff were great to us! Would go back and buy another vehicle and recommend people. More

My first telephone call was taken by Sherri Miller and I was immediately impressed by her PR skills. The manner in which she directed my needs to the right persons and reaffirmed my comfort level throughout the transaction was impeccable. Jonathon Taggart and Quincy Drum in the sales department were always available for questions and very responsive to all the electronic communication. Allen Pruett in F & I was also very friendly and helped tremendously in making sure the paperwork was in order. All this and they even delivered my vehicle!
