I've been taking my car here for years for service and after many years and many miles it was time to trade in my baby. Matt Phillips was great and the whole team was professional and friendly!!! Very understanding of the love of my previous car and listened to what I wanted in a new car, never felt pressured or forced into anything, he helped me take things from my old car and put into my new one, even wash my old floormats for me so they would be clean for my new car. The whole team including Allen (be sure to ask him about the great local resturant) stayed way past their normal hours and helped me get just the right car for me. It felt like hanging out with a group of friends, talking about vacations, sports and just over all joking around. More

I had only seen a few email pics of the vehicle prior to purchase, although I felt comfortable with every detail I was provided. They were honest and upfront about any tiny existing ding that existed and went above and beyond to make sure I didn't waste my time driving the distance for nothing. After a 4 hour drive to the dealership, the Edge was just as I expected. It was the most laid back car buying experience I have found and I would make the drive to buy from Paramount again in the future. More
