I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Paramount. Being it was an out of state purchase, I was nervous about dealing with a salesman over the phone. I had only seen a few email pics of the vehicle prior to purchase, although I felt comfortable with every detail I was provided. They were honest and upfront about any tiny existing ding that existed and went above and beyond to make sure I didn't waste my time driving the distance for nothing. After a 4 hour drive to the dealership, the Edge was just as I expected. It was the most laid back car buying experience I have found and I would make the drive to buy from Paramount again in the future. More

I had been very sceptical about financing a car and moving into something newer. From the moment Travis met us in the parking lot, he was very positive about helping us get what we needed. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and we were not pressured or rushed into buying from them. We drove 1.5 hours to test drive vehicle we purchased. We wanted an economical vehicle in specific price range and hoped to get a good trade in on our current vehicle. The best part was we got almost DOUBLE on our trade in than what a local appraising car dealer in the area was willing to give. I just bought my first car from Paramount, and overall it was a great experience. Some of the lots that I had visited were very unprofessional or pushy. But Paramount wasn't like this at all. I have been looking for a used truck for some time. This morning I checked the Paramount Ford Dealership webpage and I saw the truck that I had in mind. I have bought four other vehicles from Paramount in the past –two from the Valdese dealership and two from Hickory. When I called I was connected to Matt Phillips. Matt it turns out is from Marion where I live. After asking igf they still had the vehicle and learning they did my wife and I made the trip there. As soon as we arrive we were treated with kindness. Matt offered us a cold drink and we started the paper work to purchase the truck. After we haggled the right price. Matt sent us to Mr. Pruitt who worked us through the financial end of things. Two hours later we drove off in our used truck. Good price, good people, and we have always had good service. I would recommend Matt and Paramount to everyone. In fact I did just check me out on Facebook. I am the one standing beside the red truck with a big smile on my face. More

I am very impressed with the use of my time at Paramount Ford. I was able to accomplish everything with Scott in a timely manner. 3 hours from the test drive to final paperwork. We drove by this car lot one day when they were closed and looked around. We then returned with specific cars in mind that we were interested in. One thing for me that really makes a good car dealership/salesman, is that I dont feel pressured into buying something I realy dont want. My previous car buying experience did this, and really turned me off to car dealerships. But in dealing with Paramount Ford Valdese, and specifically Jonathan Kidd, I now have hope for dealerships. Because they showed me that there are decent people out there that want you to have a good car and car buying experience, not just out there to sell you crap to put money in their wallets. I never once felt pressured, he never tried to sell me something that was out of my price range, and worked hard to get the numbers where we needed them to be. I really appreciate Jonathan and how he treated myself, my wife and two kids(which my daughter really enjoyed his jokes), when my kids were getting restless. So thank you Jonathan, and Paramount Ford Valdese for the good experience. More
