I've probably bought a dozen vehicles in my life, but this was by far the best experience that I have ever had with any dealership. He was honest and never once mislead me or tried to pressure me to purchase something that I wasn't interested in. Mark and I agreed on a price for the vehicle through email and there was absolutely no hageling after I arrived at the dealership in Valdese. The business manager has a great personality and didn't try to tack on any additional charges or services that 99% of the car dealerships try to do. I left that evening in my new truck, no buyer's remorse, and feeling great about the whole experience. Yep boys, I'll be back the next time I need another vehicle. More

My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion from Paramount Ford-Hyundai. We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and with the way we were treated by everyone there. I've been taking my car here for years for service and after many years and many miles it was time to trade in my baby. Matt Phillips was great and the whole team was professional and friendly!!! Very understanding of the love of my previous car and listened to what I wanted in a new car, never felt pressured or forced into anything, he helped me take things from my old car and put into my new one, even wash my old floormats for me so they would be clean for my new car. The whole team including Allen (be sure to ask him about the great local resturant) stayed way past their normal hours and helped me get just the right car for me. It felt like hanging out with a group of friends, talking about vacations, sports and just over all joking around. More
