We were looking to purchase a 2013 Tucson AWD with remote start and contacted 3 other Hyundai dealers in the area (Keith Hawthorne, Kieffer and Paramount Hickory) and none of the dealers were able to find th start and contacted 3 other Hyundai dealers in the area (Keith Hawthorne, Kieffer and Paramount Hickory) and none of the dealers were able to find the Tucson we wanted with the options requested. With the exception of Kieffer these other dealers tried to sell us vehicles they had in stock or another model. However, Allen Marple was not only able to find this Tucson (in Ky) with the options and color we wanted but also was able to get us a great price. He also got us a terrific price for our trade-in. After none of the other dealers were able to find the Tucson we were actually seriously considering purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. But Allen was able to locate and deliver the vehicle as promised. He was friendly, courteous and very low pressure - he made purchasing this vehicle an easy and refreshing experience.
