By the time we arrived at the dealership, Allen had already pre-selected many options for her to review on the computer. He patiently listened to her concerns and answered all her questions (even some that were asked more than once). We ended up test driving two different vehicles, and when it was decision time, he made a comparison chart for her, so she could visualize her choices. As a senior citizen, my mother appreciated Allen's professionalism and respectful attitude. We would gladly recommend Allen Marple and the dealership to other customers. More
