I visited Paramount Ford/Hyundai looking for a good used I visited Paramount Ford/Hyundai looking for a good used Ford Focus. There was a nice 2012 black Focus four door on the used car lot. I was greated by Alvin Webb, Alvin was very knowledgable about the product and was able to answer all my questions regarding ride quality, milage and so on. I was going out of town so I was not able to drive the car so my wife came to the dealership later that day and secured the car until I returned home the following weekend. The following Saturday we test drove the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. So, we completed the paperwork got in the car and left. This is where the story gets better! My wife and I stopped at Subway for lunch and when I goit back in the car all the dash lights were on and would not go out. So, we returned to the dealership and the service department (sorry, can't remember the service managers name) was very helpful and put a mechanic on it right away. Well much to our dismay we had to leave the car behind because it needed a computer modual ordered and would not be received until the next Monday or Tuesday. The head service manager and Alvin approached my wife and I and offered us a loaner vehicle to drive until the car was repaired. The point is even though the car needed repaired and we could not take it with us, your sales and service team stepped up and did all they could to make what could have been a bad situation into a positive situation. They always try to work with me and schedule my appointments at my convenience, and if they are unable to that, they will usually work me in. The technicians know these vehicles inside and out, and the quality of work is excellent. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Hyundai brand and would consider purchasing another New Hyundai from Paramount when the time comes. More
