My wife and I are heading to Maine to Pastor a Church and were in need of a 4-wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. I had been to Paramount before and was pleased with the service then and this experience was j were in need of a 4-wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. The Paramount Team was able to get us out of both of our older vehicles and into a all wheel drive Ford Freestyle that had everything we needed in a vehicle and alot of stuff we wanted. There was very little hasle compared to other places we have been and a helpful and friendly staff. I would gladly recommend anyone to this Dealership. More

had a1pm app. arrived at 12:55 for an oil change and to have tailgate part of bed liner tightened where the screws had worked loose. they replaced 4 screws and changed the oil, 1 hour and 25 mins. later I have tailgate part of bed liner tightened where the screws had worked loose. they replaced 4 screws and changed the oil, 1 hour and 25 mins. later I finally walked out of the dealership. I know that they also did check up on other parts since it was a new truck but I feel that the time was far too long. I will use this dealership in the future and recommended them to a man later on that afternoon that was looking for a new F150,but I don't think that I will have my oil changed there again. More

The vehicles are great quality, and the service department is easy to use. The sales associates (specifically Michael Connell in our example) are friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain any questions we had about our new vehicle. Our experience with Scott McKinney in financing was easy, yet thorough. In my search for cars online I found two used Hyndais at this location. In addition, a family member was familiar with someone from this dealership and made a recommendation. I have been shopping for quite some time for a new or used sporty vehicle. Paramount provided a great price on a new 2014 Mustang. My sales help from Travis was great.
