One phone call to the Paramount Ford and I was linked in to a salesman (Mark Engle) who answered my questions and upon my request, he and his sales manager opted to drive two hours to meet me for a test drive. The negotiations were complete in advance of our meeting and my financing was approved as well. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle that we made mention of and right away, Mark agreed to drive back to the dealership and take care of the repairs. This purchase was located, delivered for a test drive, financed, repaired and delivered in less than 36 hours. More
