It was late in the evening, and I know everybody was ready to go home. They sent the truck to the detail shop, and that is were things went south. They scratched our NEW 2017 F-250! My husband was not a happy camper, and neither was the salesman. They kept the truck over night and cleaned up the scratches the next day. But that gave my husband 1 more day to think about the deal, (and he was still upset about the day before) so we walked away from the truck. The salesman, manager, and a few others were nice and helpful and I do not have 1 harsh word to say about them. The experience was one to remember! Thanks Jon for all of your hard work. Sorry it didn't work out in the end. If you go there to buy a car, be sure to ask for Jonathon Arrowood. You will not be disappointed! More
