Overall good experience I overall had a very good experience with Derek Porter. He has been helpful and has followed up since my purchase. I still have never received door codes and hope on my next visit they can get them to me. When there was an issue, they pulled together as a team and worked it out. The employees were very nice and work to be accommodating. I do have to say it was a very different experience to what I have had in IL where I am from and hopefully next time I purchase it will be more similar to my IL experiences. I would recommend they gas up the vehicles for you. I had to pull out of the lot to the gas station next door and put $74.00 in fuel in the truck. My truck I traded had 3/4 of a tank of gas. More

Gene McAbee purchase of Kia Forte Derek Porter was friendly and helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the process. Having experienced that at other dealerships, I was disappointed th Derek Porter was friendly and helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the process. Having experienced that at other dealerships, I was disappointed that the manager did not agree to reduce the "administrative fees" more than was done. The fees were $799 and I know from experience that is too high. It was reduced to $699 and I know that is also excessive. The price of the car itself was good and I purchased it because it was below MSRP. I was also disappointed that the car did not have a spare tire. I would think that all dealers would assure that the car is completely equipped and ready for sale or the price should have been reduced to cover that item. I can't find any indication that new Kia Fortes come without a spare tire as I as told. More
