One of the best experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicke at a dealership. Very upfront conversation and none of the back and forth "let me check with the sales manager" stuff. We were close but not where it needed to be for me to make the purchase. He asked for some time and knowing we had other things to do for the day said he would call if he could get it to the numbers we discussed. As we were finishing up I received a call from Mike. Jon Arrowood was a great help! I found a truck online that suited my needs but it was my wife that had to like the ride. She had been getting nauseated riding in my previous truck I found a truck online that suited my needs but it was my wife that had to like the ride. She had been getting nauseated riding in my previous truck so I needed to ride her around a good bit in both Valdese and Hickory before making the purchase. Jon helped to accommodate all these needs and arranged for the paperwork to be done by appointment. He also brought paperwork to my wife at home to be signed as she couldn't be at the dealership the day of the purchase. I will recommend Jon to anyone looking for a Ford. More
