Be aware with Paragon Honda Service, they don’t really cared about their work. I went to this place to install Alarm bugler and they install remote key instead Alarm bugler. I happened to give a negative review to the service department for terrible overall service with me and my vehicle. I’m retracting my prior comments made because much was rectified in response to my ne department for terrible overall service with me and my vehicle. The repair was completed within 24 hours after I brought the car in, but the department should not overbook on appointments. No one should be biting off more than they could chew. I also came to the understanding that because of the Covid 19 situation, the service department is very understaffed. I just want others to know that because of this, make certain that there’s a guarantee on when the car will be ready, and if it’s not ready in the time quoted, be prepared. The Lyft rides to and from Paragon were great. Highly recommended. I will give Paragon Honda’s service department one more chance at redemption as a client to service my vehicle to see if the department makes good on their word. I’m only recommending “yes” to the service department because I’m giving them another chance. Thank you Mike DiFrancisca for taking care of me. More

The worse experience ever with my 2020 Honda Pilot Touring I am very disappointed because I have experienced several problems, in sum, when I first purchased my Pilot Touring 2020 at Paragon Honda. I happen to I am very disappointed because I have experienced several problems, in sum, when I first purchased my Pilot Touring 2020 at Paragon Honda. I happen to notice a mark on the back seat, which is somewhat of a minor issue that I didn't want to make a major complaint about. More importantly, on the very first day that I drove the car I discovered that the mileage indicator was erroneously reporting more miles than I actually travelled. Consequently, I immediately took the car to the Service Center. However, when my car was returned, I didn't receive the correct second set of keys of my car which compelled me to return to the Service Center several times and until the present day I am still not receiving the second set keys. Additionally, due to a need for an oil change, I took my car to the Service Center. However, in a very short time started to make a strange noise, and the screen was somehow completely shut off. Notably, the Service Center told me that they checked the vehicle and that it was in perfect conditions, but the very next day the strange noises increased, and completely shut down while I was on the highway. Even the electronic system stopped working, including the radio, screen, and dashboard indicators. I am not conform with my car because is a car of the year that we have owned only for 3 months and is already damaged and with a lot of reparations. We understand that you don't charge us anything for having those reparations but you should have a better service and sell cars that are truly safety for the customers because I have my family and specially a baby of 5 years old who needs to go in a safety car. You are saying that you meet all these safety standards which didn't happen when the car stop working in the highway. When I leave the car outside sometimes the car truck is open. So, it seems that all these safety standards that you promise are not being satisfied. The last Thursday that I received the car from the Service Paragon Honda. They gave me the car and told me that is ready to use and it does not have any problem. Therefore, my husband went to Connecticut on Sunday and when he was coming back to New York, the principal screen, the dashboard speed thermometer was off in the highway. It makes me really disappointed that Paragon Honda sell me a car in such conditions, which is not safety for my family and at the cost of money and time from work, all to no avail. Today, I went to the service technique of Paragon Honda. Lamentably, I have been told that the 2020 Pilot Touring came with defects and there is nothing we can do until Honda make an update of the programs which is unacceptable that Honda sell us a car that doesn't accomplish all the safety perspectives.
