I got there at 5:35 for a 6pm oil change appointment. That turned into a 4 1/2 hour ordeal. No one checked me in for 45 minutes. Then it took 3 hours to be seen. They said I had a mail in the tire. They put in a plug instead of changing the tire. My TPMS light has been on for 5 weeks because they didn’t fix the leak! I went to another dealership to fix it only to be told they can’t honor the tire warranty & to go back to my home dealership. Now I’m waiting for someone to call me to get a loaner so I can get the tire changed. I got the car in July! This service is horrible More

So initially I was really upset about some issues I was having with cpo 2016 Honda Accord, and the service center. After just a few hours , I was called back and Denise reached out to my finance dept ans having with cpo 2016 Honda Accord, and the service center. After just a few hours , I was called back and Denise reached out to my finance dept ans go the extra steps needed to have my car repaired,and had the manager Alex reach out to me as well. He asked that I bring my vehicle in and I did the very next morning. Alex and Denise greeted me listened to my issues and immediately had a technician on working on my vehicle. After just a short time he came out and explained exactly what the issue was and offered me the solutions to fix my vehicle. After my recent experience with the service department and Denise and Alex I will most definitely be purchasing another vehicle from paragon Honda. I am currently sitting in their office and elated that my vehicle will be repaired. The both of these employees have gone above and beyond to listen to me and help me, and address my issues and concerns and finally make me happy satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend paragon Honda and their cpo vehicles and their service center. More

I took my 2019 Honda Civic to Paragon Honda on Friday May 27th. The problem being that the car’s AC blows hot air on the driver’s side. This is a factory defect, the condenser leaks, and Honda sent a letter 27th. The problem being that the car’s AC blows hot air on the driver’s side. This is a factory defect, the condenser leaks, and Honda sent a letter stating the warranty on the condenser is extended for 10 years. Well, I tried calling my service advisor, who is the worst by the way, to ask about the status of my car and he never called me back. I even emailed him and he didn’t respond. I went to pick up my car on Saturday, José Rojas, my designated service advisor made up that my car was fixed and that it was the condenser which is covered by the extended warranty. I got in the car, the AC blew even hotter air, meaning that the car was never fixed. They never touched my car. I told José the AC was not working still and he pretended to be surprised and said that there must’ve been something else wrong. He said my car would be done first thing Sunday morning. When I went to pick up my car, José was nowhere to be found since it’s his day off. I asked an employee, who reluctantly helped, about the status of my car. She said that the problem was not the condenser but they don’t know where the leak is coming from. So they were asking for me to pay $550 to fix something they supposedly did not know why it was happening. This leads me to believe they just don’t want to honor the extended warranty. There’s no way Paragon Honda should be allowed to say the offer a service when the reality is they don’t. More
this is my first HONDA after i decided to switch from TOYOTA, its just 1.5yrs, but all this time after the 4th service only the 3rd service i got treated as a customer. 1st, 2nd and 4th service i got tre TOYOTA, its just 1.5yrs, but all this time after the 4th service only the 3rd service i got treated as a customer. 1st, 2nd and 4th service i got treated so RUDE by CAROLINA! how come she can be hired ?Her attitude is worst , i never met someone like her when she have to treat customer! i came to pick up my car @12 noon after my car was ready @4.28AM. when i came i told her i need to pick up, she said “STAND THERE!AND WAIT!” the ways she said “STAND THERE” sounds like i will spread her virus! i was more than 6ft between her desk and masked!She didnt ask my name just ignored me! 10 mins later someone came and said need to pick up, one of supervisor called and took care of him in a second!REALLY????i was there first and those supervisor didnt call me why other came and he called him? I ask CAROLINA , i came first why he called him ?!she said “THEN WHY DONT U GO THERE EARLIER???!!” i told her “ THEN U SHOULD TO LET ME KNOW TO GO THERE!!” then i ask her what’s her name and i told her i will report her to her manager once i get the call from the manager for the service experience. i ask another guy that i want to pick up, then he said “JUST ASK ONE OF SUPERVISOR, IM THE SALES PERSON!” REALLY??!! i thought those all are service supervisor since that’s service center! HONDA is popular brand , i thougt all staffs also nice, but im wrong! i still have to suffer for another 1.5yrs until my lease ended! they dont have clear sign or instruction where or who is the right person to see when come to pick up! 1st time i came to pick up, i was straight go to supervisor but he told me i have to look for CAROLINA! and all 3x of 4x experience is worst because i have to dealed with HER! the only staffs who treated me nice is when i was at garage waiting for my car, 3 of them asking me if i got took care yet . Paragon Honda is the worst! Run as fast as you can from this dealership. I purchased a 2018 Honda HRV in January 2021 and this car cannot pass inspection. Imagine a brand new used car that you have only owned for year that cannot pass inspection. Before purchasing the car I was lead to believe it was Honda certified, but when I returned to the dealership I was informed that the previous owner had an accident and the sensors were not working properly. I was informed that there was nothing that they could do but I needed to drive the car. My other option was to pay them $330 to service the car and repair the sensors. In addition while making the appointment for service Paragon's website stated that there was a recall on my car. However, yesterday I was informed there was no recall. I also took my car to Plaza Honda in brooklyn and was told by a service representative that the sensors on my car should have been checked before it was sold and that it was illegal for Paragon to sell me the car with bad sensors. Now I am stuck with a car that I cannot drive for fear of getting a ticket for an expired inspection sticker. There is lemonm law in New York City and I plan to take action against this dealership. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!! More
